    Can Anyone Inform Me Of Any Scholarships/grants Available For College For A Student With A 4.0+average Through High School. I Want To Go To Medical School Possibly.

    My daughter will be going to 11th grade and has had over a 4.0 average in 9th and 10th grade. Am a single mom and looking for grants for my son, too, who is special needs (high-functioning autism). If anyone knows of any grants/scholarships available, it would be so appreciated.

    You can get help for your child with Autism through Vocational Rehabilitation, from the state. You can call the state offices and they can help guide you. I have a child with Aspergers.We are getting help with schooling after high school. As for your daughter talk to the school she is in they can help with guiding her. But if that has not worked out do a put in a call to a good medical college and they will help. In the northeast Dartmouth is a very good medical college or try looking up the many colleges in Boston. Your daughter should find a lot of help with very good grades. Even ask her teachers they may be able to help. Good luck, It seems that your children have a great parent.
