    It is not a murder nor manslaughter. It is important to understand that the child on the life support is already dead physically, all the doctors can do is keep him alive through machines. This is cruelty to the child that he is no good than a couch potato. Although it might have been difficult for the parents to switch of life support but it is not a crime.
