Character Is Destiny?

Destiny of the Endless is a comic book character from the Vertigo's series penned by Neil Gaiman. He is the eldest of his siblings, called the Endless namely Dream, Destiny, Delirium, Death, Destruction and Desire. He lives in a garden like ream and is blind and he possesses a book in which all of history, past, present and future is written and he is a keeper of records. He is very diligent in his work and takes his responsibilities very seriously. His ramblings are often confusing as he does not view time like other people.
