My CD-Rom Popps Open..:S What Does That Mean?
My CD-ROM on my HP laptop keeps on popping open by itself sometimes. What does that mean?

There could be different reasons.
1. Your CD-Rom is gone and you have to buy new one.

I have norton 360..i think it's pretty good but i dunno..:S for the backup of the norton 360 it pops open by itself but i dunno why it does it sometimes..thank you Jannifer =D
If it recently started this. Try going back to a previous restore point. Check in the systems section it should have some date to where you can pick to restore your computer to. Make sure to back up anything you installed or downloaded to the computer after the date as it will delete everything from now to that date.
