Is There Any Way To Get Out Of A Lease?
I would like to break my lease. However, the apartment complex has informed me that we signed a contract and obligated to it for the duration. Is there any flexiablity with things that are out of our control like my husband having to transfer. Oh, yes the transfer is not by choice he is a Federal employee. Is there anyway to get out of the lease, without having to pay the remaining months on the lease.

Yes there is one way out through which the Federal law comes into play. The law could contact the local authorities and you may not have to pay for the remaining months. But keep in mind that the solution is not 100% guranteed.
