    Gallbladder disease is more common in obese people since their bile is saturated with cholestrol. So in order to combat gallbladder disease it is important to switch to a low fat diet. You should follow these tips when suffering or recovering from gallbladder disease:
    1. Do not eat fried foods.
    2. Avoid red meat.
    3. Eat plenty of vegetables and salads.
    4. Avoid the ready-made seasoning for salad and use olive oil and vinegar instead which are low in fats.
    5. Eat lots of fibre.
    6. Take multi-vitamin supplements.
    7. Cod live tablets are rich in omega 3 fats and are said to control cholestrol levels.
    8. Vitamin E is especially recommended for quicker recover after gallstone or gallbladder removal.
    9. Turmeric and ginger are also said to ease gallbladder pain.
    10. Avoid carbonated drinks since they cause the gallstones to move around, causing more pain and discomfort.
    11. Eat three or four small meals in a day rather than two or three huge meals.
    12. Do not eat right before bed-time.
