You don't have to do any thing. Because it is normal process. The muscles of vagina look the penis because the dog releases the sperm slowly. It will be harmful for both of them if you try to separate them. Both will be harmed

Rayoflight is exactly right if you try to separate them you can hurt them our dogs got tied a month ago and even though she was crying and and whining and you feel absolutely helpless there is nothing you can do they eventually figure it out our dogs got tied several times that week but they know what to do!

Try to keep them calm as possible the more they are tensed up they are the longer it is going to take them to get unstuck.
