The things that I can think of are:
- too much space trash. Every time something goes into outer space the calculations have to get more and more refined so the space craft doesn't crash into some kid of debris or a satellite.
- you never know what they are doing with it. They can already have some kind of offensive weapons system up there and we wouldn't know about it.
- what comes up must come down. They all will eventually crash back to earth.
