My Cats Second Eyelid Is Not Closing. She Was Spayed Last Week And She Came Home With Her Eye This Way. She Is Back To Her Self But The Eye Has Has Not Gone Back To Normal. Help!!

I asked the "snip van" where she had surgery but they said to give it a couple of days and then take her to the vet. Well hear we are 6 days and it is not back to normal. Any ideas??
