Who Is Allowed To Sign Overtime Payslips? The Manager And The Front Desk Personnel Or The Manager And The Accounting Head?
We work in a small pension house. We have two department heads. The manager and the accounting head. With regards to overtime payslips, can the manager allow the front desk personnel to approve overtime slips in his absence or should the accounting head be the one to approve the overtime slips in the manager's absence. Which is a better internal control? Wouldn't allowing the front desk personnel to approve the slips provide a way for abuse?
