What Is The Gamearth Trilogy?

The Gamearth trilogy is a series of fantasy novels written by Kevin J. Anderson. It involves swords and sorcery. The three titles in the Gamearth series are Gamearth, Game Play and Game's End. Gamearth was published in the month of March 1989, Game Play was published in the month of October the same year and Game's End was published in the month of September the following year.

Gamearth is a campaign which is in the form of a role-playing game setting. It has been created by four teenagers named Scott, Tyrone, David and Melanie. The game has four main characters, a burly warrior called Delreal, his cousin Vailret (a meek scholar who dislikes taking adventure trips), an arrogant and lazy sorcerer called Bryl and an elderly sorcerer called Sardun who is very powerful and aristocratic.
