Your question is a little confusing. The fact that you have put in a question shows that you already have an account on this website. I suppose you want to make your home page and update your profile. The method is very simple. Just click on My profile and add information about yourself, your interests, preferences etc. Then you can update an avatar (profile picture) through the control panel link. You can also add friends to your account.
