Along with an experience of being a "student's teacher" that is regarded as the practical experience, one also needs to have a valid license in order to pursue teaching as a career. Arts, science and language that are considered to be certifiable areas that play an important role, because a bachelor's degree in any of the above field seems to be a must. The initial years of teaching are supposed to be constantly evaluated by state, local and also private organisations sometimes. Passing standardised exams that are held at the national or state level also serve as a must. Teachers are expected to appear for these exams and perform well, for not only the subjects that they are planning to teach, but also the method that they teach is taken under examination.
