I Have Made A Power Point Presentation And I Wish To Convert It On To A DVD. How Do I Do This?

A power point presentation stored on a DVD allows you to circulate the presentation among the users who are not the computer professionals or do not have computer to view the presentations.
A DVD on the other hand can be played on TV set by using any DVD player or computer and distributed to the third parties without worries in order to make the delivery technology work. Microsoft power point does not allow writing presentations on the DVD so in order to do that firstly you have to create video file using third party components and than write on DVD by using DVD burning software. There are many third party products available in the market which are used to capture the slide shows and convert them into a video file.
Some of the well known converters available in the market are Office FX, Camtasia, Screen cam, PPT2DVD, etc. A DVD runs on the resolution of 720 into 480 pixels which is different from the standard resolution on the computers. To optimize the visual quality set the computer desktop resolution to 800 into 640. This is the nearest match to the DVD resolution. To convert the captured video file to DVD quality, use a product like Nero Vision Express.

It is very easy to put your Power Point presentation on to a DVD. First of all, you should have a DVD writer hooked up on your computer. In my computer, double click on the DVD writer drive. You will now see an empty space on the right side of the screen.

Alternatively open another My Computer and navigate to the power point file and right click on it and select copy. Now go to the DVD writer drive and paste the file on it. Now on the right side of the screen you will see "write these files on to the DVD" and then you will see the wizard to write the DVD open, you will have to put the name for the DVD and then click next and finish initiating the DVD burning process.
