    There is no home remedy!  You need to get this dog in to the vet, asap.  Hopefully there is nothing seriously wrong, and the vet will prescribe some sort of medication and/or food.  There are a lot of things that people get that also affect dogs--so if you had these symptoms, would you try to treat it on your own?

      The problem occurs in most of the dogs. I also had the same problem, the best solution is to switch between the dog foods. But another brand. This is what my vet told me and it worked.
