I hope you mean graffiti as an art form and not as vandalism!
A lot of graffiti artists study comic books and artist's how to books to learn how to make their art something that all will appreciate.
The subject of people doing tagging etc is basically of no use to society in general cos it just looks cruddy and gives no beauty to its surrounds. It costs tax payers money to remove and is ugly and detrimental to the areas it's done in.
Study art and work on being able to use the mediums you wish to use be it spray cans, paint pens etc to do good quality and beautiful genuine art.
Do NOT vandalise your community. That is a crime!
