I like it either way, I especially love it in salads with blue cheese dressing.

Raw in my salad, with some pepper, italian dressing, and all that other stuff that is usually in salads except tomatoes and onions!

I like spinach cooked or fresh for a salad. I loved the cartoon Popeye the Sailor Man. That was how my Grandmother got me to eat my spinach.
