I injured my back and now I have right side leg and foot pain and lower back pain. It starts out burning in my back and my leg hurts and then my heel will go numb. I hope you can tell me about this??

Yes. It sounds like a sciatic nerve problem.
The burning is most likely from inflammation. Ibruprophen will help, but you should not take it on an empty stomach.
You should see a neurologist or a bone doctor for tests.
The nerve on that side is probably pinched. You might have a bad disc in the lower back that is causing this.
