Is There A Program Where You Can Ride With A Driver And Learn As You Make A Trip?

So I could ride with a licensed driver to learn how to drive a big truck. Preferably a woman driver having another woman ride with her to watch and learn how she drives the truck and rules of the road.

You might post a personal add in a paper. As far as I know there are no ride and learn programs out there. There are schools. There are a lot of things you need to know to pass your CDL test, that you have to study. You can learn about the driving, and the parts of the truck, by having someone teach you, and you can pick up a book to learn the study portion of the CDL's at your local license branch. Once you know enough to pass the test, and pay the fee for the test, you can do that independently. You will need a truck to take the test in. Hope that helps and Good Luck to you! I loved truck driving, back in the day! Hope it works out for you, you will be in my prayers.

That is how drivers are trained to my knowledge. I have seen TV ads that describe just what your asking. If you do a search for big-rig drivers training I'm sure you will find what you need.
