One thing I can tell you is don't give up. You need to get you name out to as many companys as you can. Anything is possible. I have a conviction from 2005 and I've been with 2 companys in the past year. I'm in the process of trying to find a new job now. I think our economy is more to blame at this point than anything else. If you want something bad enough and are willing to put in the work you can do anything...
