In this situation you should consult a different vet and tell him the whole situation. What I perceive is that your dog is getting in touch with other animals during a walk or exercise outside home and getting worms again and again. Moreover you should also change the de worming medicine and keep its surrounding clean. Sometimes unhygienic areas and food also become a major reason of this problem. It is recurring because your dog has not gotten rid of them completely.
