If Someone Did A UA For Alcohol And It Came Back 0.02%, Is That Considered A Hot UA?

A UA is a urinalysis, if what you mean is a drug screen then yes for our rehab facility a .02 would be means for termination since we have a zero toll. policy, however a .07 would land you in jail in California.A .02 isn't considered "hot" around here.
