I don't want my car towed away my landlord has given me a notice to have it towed away I cant drive it until the state.

No....well depending on who your land lord is..
If you are renting a apartment, house, trailer, or whatever...
They can't as long as the vehicle is insured, current tags, and is not sitting on blocks. or broken down
but why would they want tow it? your licences....how does he or she even know that they are suspended...

Getting your car towed sucks, especially when it is done for a stupid reason. I came across a woman who had her car towed on this site: http://www.gettingcartowed.com just because she was near a family’s driveway. It cost her nearly $300!!
