Question About Renate Rights When There Not On The Lease But Bills Are In Their Name,What Should I Do?
Ime and my boyfriend live together but we jus broke up and put in our thirty day notice im not on the lease but the bills are in my name and my name is on the mailbox our thirty day is up on th 12th of august and he said that if it isnt out by the first it well be in the garbage,can he do that

According to all I no--yes he can. I broke up with my ex but I was nice to give him time to get his stuff out. But 2 months later I gave him 30 days to get the remainder out. He waited until the last possible day to pick it up. Mind you he had been out of the house for well over 90 days. I actually told him at the 2 month mark that in 30 days the stuff would be mine to do with as I please. My new boyfriend had advised me to do this because the ex was dragging out his leaving hoping I would change my mind.
