    Gothic art was a Medieval art movement and artists narrate the stories of Christians and Secular through pictures. The artistic work reflects the images of Virgin Mary but make them more humanly as compare to Byzantine icon like mother cuddling her infant and the manners of an aristocratic court lady. Their paintings also reflect some parts of Northern Renaissance and it is considered as one of the major styles of Gothic Artists. Gothic art emerged in France in mid 12th century and artists have also shown religious perspectives.  Gothic artists like Giotto, Pietro Lorenzetti had also brought realism and humanity in Gothic art.
