FELV Contagious?

For the last year I have been feeding a stray kitty who has been coming to my door, I have been giving him food outside my house, never allow her to come inside, I always leaver her food in the grass outside my apartment and she has never been in touch with my cats, some times I clean her food but immediately wash my hands. But after reading and reading I realizes about the FELV and I am worried I can give it to my cats, is it any risk Should I stop feeding this cat outside my house? Taski

    Feline leukemia is a viral disease caused only in the cats. It is not transmissible to humans or to any other species like dogs. It is however transferable to other cats. For more information, see the link below:
