    If I Noticed That The Apt That I Have Been In For 4 Days Has Mold And Landlord Was Notified, Can I Get Out Of Lease And Receive Full Refund Of Rent And Deposit?

    I would like this info for the rights as a tenant.

    I think you are in a problem here. You must have checked the apartment before moving in. Your lease agreement obviously signifies that you have inspected the apartment before moving in and you have accepted it in its current condition, unless there are any other terms of your lease. So i suppose it would be very difficult for you to get your money back. I suggest you talk with a lawyer first and review your agreement with him so that he can find a way out.
