If you want your boss to think highly of you and your co-workers, you should mention things that they have done well. For example, if someone helped you to research a problem, let your boss know that they were invaluable to your project or assignment. If someone went out of their way to help or to do a good job, make that known too. These things make you seem like a good team player and they also show that you can be fair and recognize a job well done.
