Is There A Shopping Centre In Aberystwyth?

There are plenty of shops in Aberystwyth high street. They carry regular merchandise as any other high street shops in Britain. Also there are a few sea-side shops. The shops that are owned by local people close early on Wednesday afternoons.

A few special stores are listed below:
Charlies - tools, kitchen and gardening equipment, shoes and outdoor clothes
Siop y Pethe - Welsh book shop
The Mecca - speciality teas, coffees and paraphernalia
Maeth y Meysydd - whole foods and herbs, packaged in the shop
Old Bakery Cookshop - stylish cookery equipment

There are a few places where one can go for marketing. Some places to note are Market Hall which is open year round and has about 11-5 stores.

Another one is Saturday market that open weekly on Saturdays around the Market Hall and has a dozen or so stalls.

The third is the Farmers market which has ten to twelve stalls and open every 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month. This are located along North Parade and sells the produces of the local farms.

Others are Winter Market and Summer Market that open for a few days in those seasons.
