it depends upon the perception and perspective of the iraqis. They will be the ones to get over it but, of course, as a member of the international community, we are to help them ensure their lives.
The execution of Saddam Hussein doesn't guarantee the normality of Iraq. Just like in Afghanistan, the Taliban are still present.
Even if Hussein has been executed, the presence of leftist groups is still evident and still the dark shadow to watch and fight on.
