How Do I Make My Own Mango Butter

Mango butter is really delicious and yummy. The most interesting part of it that you can easily prepare it at your own home. To prepare mango butter, you need 1lb butter, 2 cups of mango finely diced, 1/4 cup of green onion finely sliced, 1/4 cup of fresh ground pepper. Now you are on your way to have your very own mango butter. Take a mixer bowl and whip the butter into it till it gets a soft texture. When you find the butter is fully whipped as required, fold the other ingredients into it. Now roll the folded butter by using a greaseproof paper and refrigerate it for at least two hours before you serve it in the dish. Enjoy!
