Well start with umm saying you have travelled around different setups, countries and have an insight into how people live there.what are their cultural backgrounds, languages, the values they have , traditions, social hierarchy. If you have been to Asian countries like Japan and China , you can say you experienced collectivism, participation by everyone, family norms and all. On the contrary in States you have been brought up as an individual who should learn to be independent, Practical and take initiatives to stand on your own foot. Nuclear families is the norm.
The difficulties or hard time you had with learning different languages. How you have become more flexible to these changes. How you have acceptance towards people with different values now more than before. You can use a lot actually.
