What Is The Legal Amount Of Time For Eviction In The State Of Ky.?

My husband left me and our 15 month old son, then I found out he had paid the rent in several months. Now the landlord is threatening with eviction and only giving me 5 days!

He needs to serve you with a court ordered Writ of Possession. If you are served, go to the courthouse and file a motion for a hearing. You will either be able to make payment arrangements or be granted an amount of time to find another place to live.
