    Swimming is considered to be one of the best forms of exercise that a person can undertake and follow up for a lifetime. It can also be used as a supplement for your other chosen forms of exercise. It is a brilliant cardiovascular exercise since it exerts tremendous pressure on the heart as well as on the lungs. It exercises almost all the muscle groups in your body which not only helps to tone your body but also to build endurance and strength. The risk of injuries occurring in swimming are very low since it doesn't put as much pressure on the connecting muscles (like swimming does).It can be practiced by people of all ages including pregnant women. Swimming is also said to be an excellent stress buster.
