Just purchased the truck and the previous owner stated the display would " come and go " at different times. Could be a fuse or loose wire. Please help point me in the right direction.

You probably won't find a fuse for just the odometer and milage display,more likely it will be the entire instrument panel display. Your fuse box inside the vehicle will have a diagram inside the lid when you open it that should tell you what fuse you need to replace.If you can't tell your fuse is blown, any auto parts store will carry a fuse checker. You touch it to the fuse your checking and it indicates whether the fuse is blown or not.
