Can A Landlord Charge First & Last Month's Rent + Security Deposit?
I am new to Blutit and am in the process of renting a house. The landlord is asking for 1st & last month's dues + security deposit...is that legal??

The fist month rent and the security is legal but for the last month's rent you need to contact the local authorities and see the tenant rights.
