You should have it check out if you are concerned but he is about the right age for him to have some breast enlargement. Boy can sometimes have that happen during puberty to one or both of him breast. It will eventually go down. I am not sure how long it last but it is normal.

It is not generally known but men & boys can have breast cancer. I do not mean to alarm you unnecessarily, but you should have this checked out my your son's doctor. I feel fairly confident that this is not the case since he is so young but it is never wrong to be cautious about lumps in the breast - male or female.
