How Do I Remorse For The Bad Things I Did In The Past?

I am not sure what religion you are.  But God is the only God who can forgive our sins.  You just pray to Him and ask Him to forgive your sins and He will.  The Bible sates in 1John 1:9 that is we confess our sins He is faithful and just to forgive our sins.  Then you no longer have to feel guilty for your past.  You must ask God to help you forgive yourself.  This in the ONLY way to have your sins and guilt removed.  I hope this helps you.  Do you have a Bible?

You ask Jesus to forgive you of them and ask him into your heart. Then you turn from your sins and turn to god.

If you've truly repented of these things and asked GOD to forgive you through the shed blood of His son Jesus Christ, why would you want to keep remembering them. GOD doesn't-- they're washed away by the blood of Christ. ( Repentance comes before salvation, not salvation before repentance as is practised by the alter call) a favorite ploy of false prophets.
