Please try to check your Hard Disk Power first and then make sure that your Hard disk is Boot Enabled or not.

Your Hard Disk don't boot?
1st- You must check if it works, to do that go to the BIOS and see if the computer detect your Hard Disk!...
2nd- If it was detected go to the ''Boot sequence'' on the BIOS and put your Hard Disk as the 1st, 2nd or 3rd boot sequence!...
3rd- If it that does not work try to install a new Operative system!...
Note: Your Hard Disk wont boot if it is on slave, to put it on master just remove your Hard Disk and read the jumper configuration that normally comes on the Hard Disk
