Why Is It So Important To Learn Science In Sixth Grade?

I do not like science, I mean if we wanted a job in science all we have to do is go to college and take a science class. What's the deal about having to learn it now?

You're going to have to take some sort of science in middle/Jr. High school and high school. College is way too late to start. By the time a student gets to college, he is expected to know enough to specialize in a particular science(s) if he wants to pursue a science-related career.

You might not be able to see it know, but you will as you get older. Our everyday lives are products of science. Those video games, dvds, cell phones, i pods, and computers are the results of work by scientists. Improved farm products, the cars we drive, the television we watch, the Mp3 players we listen to, are all indebted to science. Just about every aspect of our lives involves science in one form or another, and it's going to be even more significant in the future... Your future. That's why you should be learning science in the sixth grade.
