What Do My Symptoms Mean?

I am a healthy almost 47 year old woman. I have had regular periods most of my life meaning every month...no skipping. Over the past two years I have experienced many of the perimenopause symptoms but have had my period every month. My last period was two months ago but I have had very short (3-4 days) bouts of bleeding which have been very light. I have however had extreme bloating and weight gain around my mid-section this past month along with mild menstrual like cramps. Should I be concerned or is this maybe menopause taking place?

Dear, it could be something unusual; you just consult your doctor and have your ultra sound, in this way you will get to know the exact problem with your ovaries. Don't take any medicine without consulting your doctor.
