I'm so worried because she is only a year old when she gives birth something could go wrong with the labor

You should always be ready for something to go wrong but chances are good that she will be just fine. Google puppy whelping and you should be able to find all the info you need to know to be ready to lend her a hand if she needs one. Make sure to have your vets phone number on speed dial just in case! I have a chihuahua that is due any day now and I have already contacted my vet just to make sure she will be available for emergencies. Happy whelping!

If you are worried about her having her puppies you can take her to the vet and have them monitor her while she's giving birth. If something does "go wrong" they will be able to help her.
