Every year almost 430,000 people die because of smoking. Cigarettes have nicotine in them which means that they are highly addictive and this makes you body get so much used to it that it is not easy to give up. It is the contributor to the cancer in lungs, mouth and throat. The smoke eats up the insides of the lungs so this means that lesser oxygen is absorbed by your body and it becomes starved for oxygen. The hart pumps faster and faster in order to collect more oxygenated blood thereby stressing out the heart. It causes the blood o become thicker and as a result of this, fats start getting deposited in the arteries and also cause hardening of the arteries. The smoke inhaled also contains other harmful substances like tar; carbon monoxide etc. It adversely affects the reproductive system and promotes osteoporosis.

It hurt your lung and as 'helpful' said 430,000 already die because of that so don't try it and i am trying to make my father stop but he cant but he is really trying
