As far as i know there is no such way to save or show your groups in your account or home page. You have to search for the groups again and again. It a very good suggestion that blurtit managers should add the groups option in the user main page where all other options like answering, debates, questions etc are present.

I believe that you can get your main groups listed on your pg. just ask the staff. Other than that, go Aphabetical, and use the number system, to find what pg. your group is under.
