You must ask her for rent and if she denies then you have to forcefully throw her out of the house.
But if she is really your girlfriend, then why you want her out of the room. You must bear all the expenses, there should be no problem for you.
On the other hand you can also take legal action against her.

Forcefully throwing a person out of your house is a terrific way to get yourself arrested for assault.
Give her a deadline - "you must be out of here by Friday" and if she doesn't leave then call the Police and tell them that a person won't leave your home. If you are a renter and she is not on the lease then she has no standing as a tenant, be sure to have your lease agreement with you when the police arrive as they will want some proof of what you say. If you own the home have some of your loan or title paperwork around for evidence.
Plan B: Take a day off work, box up all of her possessions and put them in the garage. Change all of the locks. When she shows up offer to help her load her car BUT UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ALLOW HER INTO THE HOUSE. Call the police at the first sign of hysterics or threats. Have a friend or two nearby to act as witnesses.

You have to legally goto court and evict her from your home, if she won't leave. Wait to long and she could be considered a common law wife and sue you for 1/2 of everything you own. Since she has her stuff there and mail delivered there, police will say they can't do anything but ask her to leave on her own. So a call to police may save you time, if they help her see the light...
