Smiley Central is used in MSN Messenger and also in Internet Explorer as a toolbar. Users can choose smileys from a wide selection and insert them in MSN, emails etc.
To use Smiley Central, users must first download it. MyWeb Search also comes with Smiley Central. MyWeb Search is a feature which takes users to suggested web page links when a website doesn't show up.
Also included with Smiley Central is Cursor Mania, which allows users to choose from a wide range of cursors for their PC.
Once users have downloaded Smiley Central, they can click on the smiley face icon to choose a smiley. The smilies are placed in various categories and all the user needs to do is click on the one they wish to use and follow the steps from there.
Downloading Smiley Central is risky though, and it is advisable that users have some form of anti-virus software installed on their computer to prevent any harm from being done to their computer.
