Pokemon Colluseum is the name of a game from the pokemon series. It was released in Japan in November 2003. It was released in Europe in May 2004. There is a sequel to this game. Cipher is the name of an evil organization in this game. It is headed by a character named Es Cade alias the wicked Evice who leads the criminal syndicate Cipher.

Wes is the name of the main protagonist in this game and he gets caught into a lot of fights with other evil characters and ultimately with Evice himself. He manages to defeat the evil leader and thus emerge successful. Thus cipher is the evil team and the antagonists in games like Pokemon Colosseum and Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness.
