Will Cork Flooring In A Kitchen Hold Up To A Dog's Toenails?

I have two greyhounds and currently have wood floors throughout most of the house which have many scratches now. Am thinking about cork for the kitchen.

Cork flooring is soft and pliable. Don't think that will work with your greyhounds.

Thanks. After doing more research I've realized that also. I do love the look of cork though. Thank you.
