I have personally seen this both ways in suicides where they still have gun in hand and where they have dropped it

I think it depends on how ur holding it but most likely you would probably drop it cuz you wouldnt have any motion in order to hold it. Usually when you die all ur mussles relax

Well my cousin died a week ago and they say it was suicide and he shot his self and still had the gun in his hand. I thought it sounded really ackward. I thought it would had fallen to the floor. He had his thumb around the trigger still.............
