Is This A Bite, Tumor Or Allergic Reaction?
The lump came up over left eye, eye had line in it. Then it Went down. Came back bigger& eyelid is starting to close. Tumors don't go down do they?

Tumor would not go away. Allergic reaction would swell and stay swelled for a day or so unless treated.

Sounds like a sty to me. You need to mix hot water and salt without iodide till the water tastes lightly salty and apply it to your eye using a clean wash cloth. If it does not get better see a doctor because it could be an infection.
